Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → ⚙︎ Settings → Privacy → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

This deletes your profile and username, coin and gem balances and their history, unlocked cosmetics, statistics and progress, friend links, and question sets you published — everything tied to the account. We keep only what the law requires us to (for example real-money purchase records); encrypted backups can contain your data for up to 30 days before they expire.

Why deletion happens in the app

Accounts are anonymous — no email address or password is on file, and usernames are visible to other players. That means an email can never prove an account is yours, and acting on one would let anyone request the deletion of anyone else's account. The app is the only place ownership can be verified, so it is the only place deletion can be done — this protects your account.
