These Terms govern your use of Fermi Poker (the “app”), an independently developed app. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

Fermi Poker is a free-to-play estimation game with poker-style betting using virtual currency only. It is intended for users aged 13 and older. You must be at least 13 — and old enough to form a binding agreement in your country — to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

Virtual items — no real-world value

• In-app coins, gems and chips are a virtual currency for entertainment only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• The game simulates poker-style betting. There is no real-money wagering and no cash payouts — you can never win or lose real money.
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Manage or restore purchases via the app (Settings → Restore purchases) or your store account.

Your conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players (including in voice chat), use hate speech, impersonate others, or use offensive usernames or content. We may remove content, mute, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User content & voice chat

You are responsible for what you create and share in the app: your username, messages, voice chat and community question sets. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that contains another person’s personal information. You can report and block other players, and report a question set from its page, and we may act on reports, remove content or unpublish question sets to keep the community safe. We do not record voice chat.

Question sets you publish remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute them within the app so other players can browse and play them; the licence ends when you delete the set or your account (both delete the set for everyone).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@fermi.poker — we aim to resolve issues directly.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
